The WHOLE month of April is dedicated to guitars. How awesome is that? Have you ever fell in love with the beautiful melody that comes from a guitar? If not, then you haven’t lived yet. Who else will be celebrating this month in some way? If you are going to a concert this month or picking up guitar lessons, comment on this blog post and tell me all about it. I would love to hear!

7 things to do in April for International Guitar Month:
  1. Read Blissful Tragedy… Why not cuddle up with a book about a rock god? Van goes on tour and takes Lexie with him on a spicy and crazy adventure that neither of them will ever forget.
  2. Buy a guitar… Come on, you won’t regret it!
  3. Learn how to play a guitar… YouTube has great informational videos, especially ones for beginners on how to play a guitar.
  4. Buy tickets to see a concert… You know you want to go to a loud and raw Rock N’ Roll concert! Led Zeppelin is my favorite.
  5. Learn some guitar trivia... Did you know that Adolph Rickenbacker invented the electric guitar?
  6. Listen to crazy guitar solos… Again, YouTube has everything you need for this. Frank Hannon from Tesla will keep you entertained for hours with his guitar skills.
  7. Recruit friends in your “To Do List for April.”… Everything’s better when you do it with friends.
